Refresh print blouse with low Mandarin collar, v-neckline, and neckties. Angled panels at the shoulder and an angled back yoke with an inverted pleat. Soft gathered sleeve at shoulder falling to a half-shirred cuff. Sleeves can be worn at bracelet length or pushed up. The Refresh blouse falls just below the hip.
